In Practice Ownership, the role is responsible for the governance, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITIL practices within the organisation.
The Problem Management Lead has two main areas of focus: Practice Ownership and Operational Management.
Provide day to day hands on technical support on the Corporate and Customer managed IT infrastructure and projects.
Install, configure computer hardware (IP phones, mobile devices, workstations, peripherals etc.
Work as part of the IT team delivering a quality 24/7 service to internal users (both at HQ and remote users) as well as nominated customer gateways, servers and laptops.
