Main responsibilities of a Fabric Engineer
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric as required on the mobile contract i.e painting/decorating/flooring/building works.
A varied role, requiring someone with a skill set covering PCB boards through to electrical test equipment, ideally, but not essentially, encompassing CAD design skills and new product testing, you will be the "go to" person for helping understand problems and finding solutions for manufacturing and customer requirements.
This Electro-mechanical Engineer is to work in a support capacity, liaising closely with design, manufacturing, internal sales and purchasing to provide knowledge of electrically biased, electro-mechanical engineering to help troubleshoot, design, modify and provide technical support of flameproof and safety equipment used in hazardous environments.
