In this role, you will play a key part in managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of networks, data centres, servers, and storage systems.
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients growing IT team.
General
You'll use advanced monitoring tools to proactively identify issues, optimise performance, and ensure the security and reliability of their IT systems, which are critical for business continuity and operational success.
Whilst the primary role will be to use remote access software to resolve client issues and fulfil service requests, there will also be an occasional requirement to cover the IT Service Desk.
To support and maintain a high level of customer service focused on the needs of staff and associated teams.
The post holder will form part of the Service Desk Team to provide Level 1-2 support to clients on all matters relating to IT provision.
