Receptionist (Maternity Cover) An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a leading organisation based in Newtownards. This is a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am 4.30pm and Fridays: 8.30am 3pm. With a salary of £22,500 Job Purpose: You will be responsible for managing and maintain the reception desk, while managing multiple tasks and providing first class customer service. Essential Criteria: 2 years experience of managing a busy reception area and using a phone system. IT Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages. Good administration experience/skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Taking internal and external calls using the phone system. Fielding calls and taking messages relaying to the appropriate person. Receiving and sorting mail, deliveries and preparing outgoing mail/couriers as required. Scheduling appointments, maintaining diaries, booking meeting rooms. Ordering stationary ensuring adequate supplies and keeping costs to a minimum.
