As Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the manufacturing, logistics and supply chain operation and coordinate the delivery of the back-office functions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of products to the end customer, including those manufactured in-house and third-party sourced.

This role supports the Head of IT in implementing strategic plans and policies to meet the evolving needs of our business.
The Infrastructure Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of IT systems across a group of companies comprising 30 retail branches, 4 distribution warehouses, and multiple website brands.
Primary Responsibilities
Assume a leadership role in all infrastructure matters, maintaining a hands-on approach while liaising with suppliers.
You will be the lead for the on-site IT Support function, acting as the first port of call for internal IT-related queries, either to be resolved by you or the 3rd party support provider, setting up new users, overseeing the mobile phone contracts/upgrades and looking after company reports and KPI's.
They use SAP and experience would be highly desirable, experience or a strong interest in IT is essential.
Hours of work 9.00 am- 5.00 pm, with benefits including company bonus scheme, generous company pension contribution of 8%, 26 days holidays plus BH's and training and development.
