As an Employee Engagement and Experience Manager you will play a key part in the HR team and have a people centric approach. Understand the commercial aspects of the company and how HR operations can drive business performance and profitability. Align workforce planning with business needs to ensure the company has the right talent to meet its operational objectives. Design and manage programs that enhance employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, recognition and off boarding. Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistency and alignment in employee experience initiatives. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the employee experience. Monitor and evaluate key metrics to relating to employee engagement and experience and provide regular updates to the leadership team and wider business on these metrics.
