Your new role
In Practice Ownership, the role is responsible for the governance, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITIL practices within the organisation.
The Problem Management Lead has two main areas of focus: Practice Ownership and Operational Management.
Reporting to the firms IT Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 IT Support Analysts, whilst providing hands-on technical support for all UK offices.
Please note this is not an infrastructure support or project management role.
You will be expected to assist the support team in their duties, providing 1st/2nd/3rd line support, via email/phone, in-person and remotely.
