I am looking for a Corporate Maintenance Manager to join a local authority North of Nottingham.
As Corporate Maintenance Manager, you will manage a team of surveyors and technicians, taking a lead role in the client's asset management plan, as well as the day to day maintenance and repairs of the council's corporate portfolio.
To oversee and co-ordinate a set of related or interdependent projects, products, and/or other strategic initiatives across the organisation, and ensure the strategic alignment of these projects with the organisation's overall goals.
Key Accountabilties
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the scope and requirements of individual projects aligns with the strategic programme objectives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme plan which includes defining key programme milestones, deliverables, timelines and resource allocation, and maps to the specific project plans within the programme.
