In Practice Ownership, the role is responsible for the governance, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITIL practices within the organisation.
The Problem Management Lead has two main areas of focus: Practice Ownership and Operational Management.
We are looking for an exceptional IT Project Manager to join a fantastic, long-term client who are undertaking a company-wide programme to overhaul and simplify their fundamental service processes, as well as upgrading their central, modularised application to deliver a more functional and flexible system for users at all levels.
Reporting to the programme's senior management, you'll spearhead the development and management of the programme timeline outlining various software releases, whilst also encouraging strong levels of user engagement, IT literacy development and implementation into their daily use of the system during the project implementation.
This opportunity will require you to be on-site at their Central Birmingham office, 3 days a week.
