As a HR Business Partner, you will provide HR support to managers and employees across the organisation.
You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and line managers, providing guidance on all HR matters related to the employees in the departments you support.
This role requires an immediate start, initially for 3 months, but with the likelihood of extension.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR advice to senior operational stakeholders and implementing the divisional HR and balanced business plans.

Your core responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational HR advice to the divisional Senior Leadership Team and their Regional Management teams, attending senior leadership meetings and operations meetings as required.
There is an immediate requirement for an experienced HRBP to provide Interim support for a period of 12-18 months.
