Maintain the HR Trackers to reflect correct data on employees.
Process and prepare letters and reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluations etc).
Manage a number of periodic and time critical processes.
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR professional to work as part of a large team providing comprehensive HR service to managers.
You will be supporting and working with managers across departments with proactive HR advice and guidance on a range of employer-relations case work and potentially supporting change, redundancy, restructuring and consultation.
Initial temporary contract to End of August 2024 but with scope for a longer-term contract to March 2025.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day HR service provision, collaborating with the academy's People Business Partner and Centralized People Support Service.
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are in line with best practices and legal requirements.
