Reed HR are looking for a People Administrator to join our Swansea client to support the delivery of an excellent, customer-focused HR service. This role is ideal for someone who is well-organised, has a keen eye for detail. You will be working in a busy environment, providing administrative support across a range of people-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies. Day to Day of the role: Reporting to the People Partner and providing administrative support to the People Team. Maintaining and updating HR systems. Developing and preparing analytical reports as required. Responding competently to queries and requests for information and advice. Assisting with the administration of the full employee engagement cycle. Organising recruitment logistics. Producing HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Managing reference checks, DBS processes, and Right to Work in the UK' verifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solution-focused approach with sound judgement. HR administrative experience is advantageous.
