We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join a leading educational institution committed to shaping the future through quality education. As an HR Business Partner, you will be assisting in a business restructure and change of processes, including competency evaluations and a variety of projects. You will serve as a strategic partner under the Deputy CEO and leadership team, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. You will collaborate closely with department heads and staff to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational goals and values. Responsibilities: Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall mission and objectives of the organisation Implement a variety of HR Change Management projects, including new competency appraisal processes Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating the onboarding process Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance HR practices and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and professional development Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner Requirements Proven HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR management Experience in business restructures and change processes, particularly in relation to appraisal and competency CIPD Qualified preferred Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Strong problem-solving and project management skills Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
