Our client is a well-known organisation based in Newcastle who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team for a 12 month FTC. Main purpose The role is the ideal opportunity for an immediately available Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner that is looking for a new challenge. The role is responsible for overseeing the capacity of the advisory team as well as providing advisory support to a designated client group. Duties & Responsibilities Workforce and workload planning to manage capacity and ensure appropriate case management. Support, train and develop members of the advisor team Monitor team performance and metrics to identify trends and drive improvement. Lead and manage more complex ER cases, including appeals Support with employee lifecycle activity. Person specification Previous experience working at HR Advisor level Strong knowledge of current employment law Proven experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases.
