You will provide integral support to the business' HR function, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and maintaining comprehensive administrative support to the team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday with flexible hybrid options available. This role is offering up to £26,700 depending on experience. The day to day Providing administrative support to the company's HR function. Acting as the first point of contact for internal HR-related matters and directing to the correct contact. Ensuring employee records and documentation are kept accurately and securely within both legal and company guidelines. Supporting the HR team with employee matters, including disciplinaries, grievances and absences. Assisting with any other ad hoc projects as required. You will have/be Minium of GSCE or equivalent level qualification. Strong administration skills and experience, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels. Previous experience in HR is preferable. Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, particularly Excel and Word.
