All post holders are expected to maintain professional standards of practice and to work in accordance with Social Work England standards and the Division's values, strategic objectives, procedures and managerial guidance.
Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
Provide expert professional and technical advice to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
Provide professional supervision of other Social Workers, supporting caseload management and promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.

To enable individuals, access appropriate and timely support - including that of universal services, early help and intervention, improving their capacity for self-care and their experience of the support they receive.
