We are currently seeking a highly organised, empathetic Service Coordinator / PA to support our client in their own home.
The focus of the role being to "get it right first time and every time".
This role has been established with the aim of ensuring that the service to the member is delivered seamlessly, effectively drawing together the work of the Support Team, Physiotherapy, OT, Nutritionists, Counselling, external health and medical professionals and the Charity's Housing/Property Service.
They are actively hiring an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team for 6 months starting immediately!
