What will the HR Advisor role involve
Supporting employment legislation, including TUPE, the Working Time Directive, The Equality Act, and the ACAS Code of Practice.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this role serves as the first point of contact for people queries, supporting and coaching line managers on various issues, including employee relations, policies and processes.
