Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support with Employee Relations cases (absence management, performance management, discipline and grievance... including attending hearings as note taker and advisor Advise line managers on all HR matters proving advice, support and direction on the full range of HR activities (employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures) as required.
