Location: Hybrid Working - predominately home based but will be required to travel and will be assigned to a local office as their base. Our client, a well-known and exciting business based in Teddington, is seeking a part time HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working 25 hours per week across 5 days and a minimum of 4 days will be office based. To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in a similar role. HR Advisor - About The Role Support and assist line management to promote and facilitate the achievement of company and HR objectives. Attend and minute meetings as required. Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees on matters of company or HR policy and procedure, e.g. maternity/paternity leave, terms and conditions for part-time staff. Efficient and proactive, with an agile working style and able to proactively identify issues and make recommendations. Some knowledge/experience of payroll or working with outsourced payroll functions. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident using online tools Attention to detail, delivers work that is accurate and without errors. The ability to generate reports that are clear, concise, and easy to communicate. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication.
