Looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager / Advisor to assist the Group Head of HR in providing HR and H&S advice to a team of managers across a 300 staff multi-site passenger transport organisation, who provide services across the Greater Manchester area.
You will be office based in Bolton, with regular travel to other sites and some flexible working.
We're now recruiting a HR Data and IS Analyst to contribute to the delivery of HR management information and reporting, which in turn supports effective people planning and decision making across the business.
The role will also help support with the maintenance and integrity of the HR systems and databases, which includes importing data, testing system updates/fixes as required, working closely with Technology Services colleagues and 3rd party providers to implement changes.
This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining 'Our People' dashboards.
