The successful candidate will be joining our expanding team within the Parking Service as a Complaints Officer.
In your role as a Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to customers ensuring their questions and concerns are adequately answered.
Customer Service Administrator (6 month contract role)
The person will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails to the Customer Services Team dealing with resident enquiries related to housing management, repairs and maintenance enquiries and complaints.
