Addressing Queries from Internal Stakeholders: As a key point of contact within the team, you will field inquiries and address concerns from various internal stakeholders, including subject specialists, customer services, and management. Your prompt and effective responses will help ensure smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction. Maintaining Qualifications and Updating Criteria: Continuous improvement is at the core of what they do. You will play a vital role in maintaining the relevance and currency of our qualifications by monitoring industry trends, gathering feedback, and proactively updating criteria as needed. This may involve making adjustments, revisions, or enhancements to existing qualifications to align with evolving standards and requirements.
