Reed HR is excited to be engaged on a brand new search for an HR Business Partner for one of their well established global clients in West Sussex.
You will encompass the full range of business partnering responsibilities including performance management, employee relations issues, policy & procedures, learning & development and organisational change whilst building effective relationships with business leaders, managers and key stakeholders.
Our client has been in the Financial Services industry for the last 40 years dealing with a broad range of customers from private individuals, charities, pension funds and trusts They are looking for a HR Administrator for a maternity contract min term 9 months up to 12 months.
The role can be full 5 days per week, but a 4-day week would also be considered.
