Think Human Resources is pleased to be recruiting for a permanent HR Coordinator job opportunity based in St Albans and working for a high-growth company of circa 300 employees.
This is a generalist HR role working as part of a small team that will be responsible for the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment, staff inductions, reward and benefits, performance management and managing HRIS.
On top of the generalist HR duties, you will also be responsible for managing the company's fleet of circa 100 vehicles.
We are currently working on behalf of one of our Global clients to identify an experienced Human Resources professional who has purely specialised within the Employee Relations space or has an extensive background in this discipline through a broader generalist career.
The small team work across the European business in partnership with the senior management and wider HR function to focus on the full remit of ER cases from disciplinaries and grievances to restructuring and performance managment.
To be considered, you will need to have demonstrable experience within these areas, combined with relationship management skills at all levels including executive leadership.
An exciting opportunity has come in for a HR Projects Specialist to assist in my clients' current projects they are undertaking in order to improve the HR function.
This role will also entail a lot of admin work so will require someone who is happy to roll there sleeves up and get the projects completed.
This will be a contract role for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months and will be fully office based, 5 days a week in the central London office.
