I have partnered with a national organisation who are seeking a dynamic HR professional to enhance management capabilities and support leaders in various people-related matters.
The HR Business Partner will support in coaching, providing expert advice, and driving performance culture within the organisation.
Working in an HR Business Partner capacity, you will support the organisation initially on a 12-month FTC, working on a hybrid basis from their offices in Witney.
Managing HR needs and requirements including recruitment, contracting, development and implementation of employment policies and processes, and conducting annual employee appraisals.
