Are you looking for a HR Manager role? Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a facilities management firm, based in London as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Manager. The salary for this role is £44k - £50k, depending on experience, plus travel allowance. Hybrid working is available - 2 days per week from home. HR Manager: Responsibilities include: Manage a team of 5 staff, reporting into the Head of People. Provide advice and guidance to management on all HR and ER related processes. Build and maintain a positive environment through effective employee relation practices. Lead on Grievances, Disciplinaries and Appeal Hearings. Manage redundancies, consultations and performance meetings as well as support and lead on TUPE consultations. Oversee induction processes. Providing data/ reports to senior managers and the wider team. Lead on ad hoc HR related projects. Experience required: 3 - 5 years experience working in a HR position with knowledge of the whole employee life cycle Previous HR Manager experience or equivalent - 1 year minimum HR related qualification - CIPD L5 or above, desirable. Experience in managing redundancy, disciplinaries, grievances and performance related issues Up to date knowledge of employment law Union experience (desirable) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to speak Spanish OR Portuguese would be advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR professional seeking the a new and exciting opportunity.
