Salary: Up to £22 p/h DOE Role Type: Ongoing Temp Role - FT/PT 30 hrs p/w - Flexible Working Hours Location: Milton Keynes & Corby - Split Location Hybrid Working offered. Our Client's Head Office is in Milton Keynes and they have offices and warehousing in Corby, and also have employees in the field all over the UK and Ireland. HR Advisor Roles & Responsibilities This role would require you to spend half your time in Milton Keynes and half in Kettering, and you should be willing and able to visit our client's other locations. Provide HR service to a specific area within the Company. Coach line managers to develop their knowledge and capability on all HR and ER issues. Work with your management colleagues to identify ways to improve performance, engagement, absence and employee turnover. Provide pro-active first line advice and guidance in line with company policy covering performance management, reward and benefits, disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and terms & conditions to our line managers Work to develop strong relationships and become a trusted partner The majority of your time will be spent supporting managers on managing sickness absence, disciplinary issues as well as supporting contact centre recruitment. Keep up to date with employment legislation knowledge, pay excellent attention to detail and be keen to get involved with projects to challenge and improve our existing HR processes and policies to constantly strive for best practice.
