Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide support in the delivery of the end-to-end life cycle of talent recruitment and on-boarding for Operations Centres and Head Office functions.

Harrison Sands are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our boutique Bedford based client who focus on supply of staff within the office services and commercial markets across Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties.
The Recruitment Consultant will be joining a growing team who have a thriving client base, although this is a 360 role managing a permanent desk and there are expectations for further business development.
£25,000 - 30,000 basic salary/ monthly paid commission/ 25 days' annual leave plus birthday off/ healthcare cash-back scheme/ pension/ 1 day per week WFH if needed.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (37.5 hours weekly), with some out-of-hours work required.
