HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR Professional for an HR Advisor role based in Blantyre. Reporting into a Senior Director you will have accountability for an HR Administrator. The purpose of the role is to provide HR advice, support, administration and oversee the company training elements and training administration. The ideal candidate will be expected to have good employment law knowledge and can rewrite policies and procedures. The company uses Worknest as external support. The role is an office based role. Role Responsibilities Provide HR advice, support and training to the business HR administration, completion of all letters to employees Policy Updates / Creation Recruitment of all employees, including Job Descriptions, Interviewing and appointment Contract of employments Onboarding new employees Induction processes Undertaking investigations and disciplinaries Minute taking for HR meetings Absence Management Any other HR duties required Training - oversee the training aspects within the company. Help with grant funding and the booking of training Person Specification Must have previous HR experience Time management and organisation skills Confidentiality Influencing skills Integrity and organisational commitment Ability to meet tight deadlines Good eye for detail Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task The role is predominantly office based at the Glasgow Depot, however, occasionally there may be a requirement to travel to other regional offices or attend seminars and events. In return, you will receive a salary of between £35,000-£42,000, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays plus discretionary bonus.
I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join my client based in Eurocentral on an ongoing contract. You will be based on-site for the first 2 weeks of training, with flexible working options available once you are fully trained. While you will have the flexibility to work from home, it's important to note that you may be required to attend on-site training or team days, where management feel necessary. For this role, you must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle, as Eurocentral is not easily accessible by public transport if you don't live locally. You will work Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-7pm on alternating shifts, dependant on success on recruitment call activity and busy periods. You will work on rotational weekends, potentially every 3rd weekend working hours between 10-6, with a day off during the week. The salary will be £12 per hour. On a typical day you will be responsible for the on-boarding of new courier drivers who have expressed interest in joining the business. This will entail reviewing applications from new drivers and contacting them to guide them through the following steps: Ensure they hold a valid UK driving licence and collect their car/van registration number to input into the system Schedule their on-site training day at their nearest depot once they have completed necessary online training modules Offer additional details about their local depot, including the field manager's contact details and address for training days Communicate anything they must do prior to attending their local depot for training Be comfortable using the systems to record notes and actions taken during telephone interviews You will be expected to complete on average 20 interviews per day, therefore you must be comfortable completing a high volume of work, whilst holding basic computer literacy skills and having accurate attention to detail whilst inputting data into the system.
