HR Business Partner (Temporary - 2 Months, with Potential Extension) Location: Croydon Rate: Day rate based on £50,000 - £55,000 per annum equivalent We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 2-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension. This role offers flexibility, with options to work 3 or 4 days per week. The position is based in Croydon, with occasional travel required to schools in the surrounding areas. Hybrid work is available as well. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple restructures across different departments. Handle a high volume of complex employee relations (ER) cases. Provide expert advice on ER cases, particularly those involving safeguarding allegations against staff. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing restructures and high-level employee relations cases. A strong understanding of ER processes, including safeguarding in an educational setting. Previous experience in the education sector is highly desirable. Ability to travel to schools as part of the role. DBS/full vetting required.
