Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team to be based near Harlow.
Our client is a market leader in providing fabricated sheet metal control applications into the industrial, property and healthcare sectors, specializing in the design and manufacture of solutions such as mechanical, heating, air and ventilation units.
We are seeking a professional and detail orientated HR Advisor who is methodical, organised and has experience working within a busy HR Department.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all HR processes and procedures, they will be a proficient user of technology including MS Office and data bases and they will be able to work independently.
The client would like a candidate who is available at short notice and the role will be offered on a contract basis for 4 - 6 months
Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
As a Fire and Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of fire and security projects from conception to completion.
You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and drive project success.
In this role you will report directly to the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with their fleet, procurement, health and safety, IT and payroll functions; and external service providers.
My clients need some HR Admin Support for all stages of employee life cycle from recruitment advertising, candidate supplier liaison through to the exit process and collating feedback gained during exit interviews, the primary focus of this role with be to provide admin support to the HR team.
