Duties
Managing a skilled team of construction project engineers, construction project delivery site managers & skilled construction trade installation teams as required (employed & subcontract).
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation, team restructuring and conflict resolution.
Reed HR are supporting an industry leading UK based manufacturer to recruit a HR Business Partner.
In addition, employee training, mentoring & coaching programming, policy development, recruitment as well as digital platforms is included within the role.
Up to £42,000 plus benefits (28 days holiday increasing with service, private medical, life insurance, rewards scheme, employee assistance programme, sharesave scheme)
