GKR is working exclusively with a well-known International Property Developer based across Europe and the Middle East with a track record of 30 years in delivering superb residential and commercial assets. They are soon to be arriving in the UK with huge ambitions of growth planned over the next 5 years and this hire is business critical. As the HR Director, you will be starting in a standalone role day one where you will be responsible for building out the HR Function, advising the board and colleagues on day to day HR issues as well as give legally correct advice as and when required. As the role and business evolves at speed, you will be required to build out a team within the HR and operational function to support you. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop human resource strategies based on the company' development plan, and guide the design and implementation of human resource practices; Identify and respond to human resource issues, develop strategies and plans to meet human related needs; Handle daily human resources tasks, including but not limited to talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, performance evaluation, etc; Deeply understand local legal standards and reduce risks related to employee daily management; Advocate and promote our values, mission, culture, and other policies, and establish ethical, values, and cultural standards for the company; Hire new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and welfare benefits. Provide clear and accurate advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievances and performance management Manage any key projects and business initiatives as and when required, such as changes linked to terms and conditions, restructures and TUPE Coach and support line managers on their teams career development, performance and progress Implement and manage HR initiatives such as employee benefits, employee wellbeing, and liaising with our people provider companies Support and assist with implementing development and training programmes Improving and updating company policies and procedures inline with legislation changes Assist in the continuous improvement of HR systems and practises in the organisation To support and advise the Managing Director and Director of Operations on any issues affecting internal staff, their training and development Keep up to date with best practices, personal development and legislation Person Specification: Bachelor's degree or above, with 6 years or more Human Resources work experience. Assoc CIPD qualified (minimum) Ideally have experience within Construction or Real Estate space (advantageous) Team management experience Self-assured and confident Honest and Reliable Works well under pressure and in a rapidly expanding operation Excellent communication and customer service skills Outstanding work ethic, timekeeping, and organisational skills Please submit your CV to be considered for this incredible opportunity.
This role is with a London based Trust. In the role of Director of HR, you will be collaborating closely with senior leaders to develop and implement the people strategy. You will have a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated and experience leader. You must have the relevant experience within an NHS Trust, as well as being an organised individual. The role: Band 9. London based. Interim position, initial 3 months with a view to extending. About you: Must have band 8D-9 experience. Must be able to be on site 4-5 days a week.
