I have partnered with an organisation who are looking for an HR Manager to join their small team in Central Oxford on a part-time (22.5 hours pw) basis.
You will oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and implementation of HR strategies whilst ensuring the business is compliant with employment laws and regulations.
You will be operating in a standalone capacity leading the HR function.

Collaborate with the Site's Leadership and divisional HR teams to deliver HR knowledge in key areas such as employee engagement, culture development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employee wellbeing, resourcing, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and community focus.
