Provide a professional and comprehensive HR leadership, delivering projects and objectives in time and on budget (manpower planning & budget, external recruitments, compensation and benefits activities, performance management and succession planning)
Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and implement appropriate actions.
Our client, a highly reputable global financial services company are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 12-month temporary contract, supporting across talent development, employee relations and diversity and inclusion.
Key roles & responsibilities
Partner with HR Business Partners to manage talent initiatives and other key projects.
Support the design and implementation of talent projects in line with wider business strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality and consistent advice, guidance and solutions to people managers and employees across all aspects of HR policy and procedure, in line with legislative parameters.
They will also provide appropriate solutions, such as guidance, coaching, and workshops to support line managers to become effective people managers.
We are currently looking for an experienced Reward Analyst or Reward Manager for an immediate start position that is likely to last for between 6-12 months.
They are based in London and operate a hybrid model (ideally 2-3 days in the office), offer parking, and for the right candidate could consider almost fully remote (1 day per month in the office potentially).
