Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this successful and highly personable Professional Services Organisation with offices in central Bath, Bristol, Oxford and Swindon, to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for 12 months to cover for maternity leave, ideally starting in June / July.
This is a truly generalist HR role covering employee relations, case management, advice and guidance, performance management as well as talent management and recruitment.
The role is full-time, offers 2-3 home working days per week and and the working days can be in Bath, Oxford or Swindon - with ideally 1 day per week with the team in Bath.
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
