Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will cover the whole of the employee lifecycle from initial talent attraction, into on-boarding activities, employee data maintenance, supporting on employee relations, performance management, rewards & recognition, training and development into the exit process and metrics / reporting and everything in between!
You will be the initial point of contact for any HR support - this really is an all-round generalist role.
As the site HR Manager, you will report into the Operations Director in a truely generalist position with a blend of strategic and operational HR, you will ensure that the business complies with employment law and best practice, as well as providing advice and direction on the people strategy.
