Description Managing recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews. Supporting HR-related training programs and workshops. Coordinating employee relations programs and events. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Providing administrative support to the HR department. Ensuring compliance with local, national, and global HR policies and regulations. Managing employee records and information in an organised and confidential manner. Collaborating with team members on special projects as required. Profile A successful HR Coordinator should have: A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Proficient knowledge of HR procedures and policies. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
