HR Administrator Our valued client, based in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic and committed HR Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent part time position that offers flexible working and the possibility of hybrid working. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, organised, and driven individual and it is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a casual role. As an HR Systems & Data Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising HR and payroll processes, implementing advanced HR Information Systems (HRIS), and delivering insightful data analytics. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation. Responsibilities Include: Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of HRIS projects aligned with organisational goals. Acting as a subject matter expert in data analytics and MI reporting for the People & Culture team.
