We are recruiting for an immediate start HR Change Manager for a period of 6 months to work with our client, based in South East London, during a period of organisational transformation.
As an experienced HR professional, you will lead and operationally manage our programme of redeployment, helping with job redesign, any voluntary and compulsory redundancies and dealing with required people transition planning.
You will manage all operational HR related activities relating to the people aspects of the Transformation Programme including restructuring, employment consultations and dealing with trade unions.
