My client, an innovative employer with exciting growth plans is seeking a Change Specialist to support them with a small number of change programmes from an HR perspective. Based in the Portsmouth Head Office, this is initially a 3 month interim project with potential for extension. As a Change Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational transformation and process improvement. Your role involves leading and managing specific projects aimed at reshaping business processes, challenging existing practices, and ensuring that benefits are clearly identified and realized. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance. Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Assist in the strategic development of corporate projects. Lead and manage initiatives to improve and reshape business processes. Develop and implement change management strategies. Project Leadership: Take ownership of specific projects related to process improvement. Create business cases for proposed changes. Ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines. Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and identify areas for enhancement. Challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes. Continuously measure and improve change management effectiveness, assessing user adoption and organisational benefits. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant subject, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience leading change workstreams in large-scale, multiyear HR transformation programmes. Detailed knowledge of shared services and centres of excellence operating environment. Strong ability to lead, engage, and coach diverse teams across geographical boundaries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and facilitating constructive conversations. A track record of successfully enabling change at scale, utilising various delivery frameworks. Expertise in consulting, guiding, and providing assurance in complex and ambiguous environments.
