The HR Business Partner will work as part of a busy HR team and will be responsible for managing all transactional and operational HR activities at site level and will support the Head of HR in delivering the HR and People strategy. Client Details My client is a leading manufacturing business. Description Key responsibilities: Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR and Employee Relations issues Support managers in implementing HR policies and practices effectively Manage complex HR issues, as well as escalated ER cases to ensure that employees and managers are supported, and any performance issues are resolved Build and manage relationships with Senior Site Managers and Directors Ensure accurate records of employment and personnel data are maintained Produce HR KPIs, management reports and documentation on employment data such as absence, disciplinary, remuneration and recruitment. Monitor and provide training and coaching to management to control absenteeism ad workforce turnover Review and monitor ER cases within designated area of responsibility to identify trends and concerns Provide advice on current employment legislation Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in line with employment legislation requirements Maintain a broad knowledge of strategic HR best practice Profile Extensive generalist HR experience CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent Previous experience in a HRBP or HR Manager role Experience of working in Heavy Industry - Manufacturing, Engineering, etc Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Job Offer Salary £48,000 - £52,000 per annum Full-time, permanent position Preferably site-based, however option to work from home 1 day per week Excellent employee benefits
