This is a Hybrid role based in Basingstoke.
You will join us on a part time, permanent basis, working 30 hours per week (we are flexible with the days worked but require Fridays to form part of your working week)and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,200 - £28,800 per year DOE (FTE, £34,000 - £36,000 per year) plus benefits, including a profit-related bonus.

Job Description
To manage the Organisation HR office operationally on a day to day basis and provide delivery and support of high quality, comprehensive HR advisory services to the organisation and the other national units within a framework of best practice, force policy and employment law.
To also deputise for the Senior Manager HR and ensure the organisation HR Advisory staff have the appropriate skill and knowledge to provide appropriate support to managers and staff and translate strategy into action.
We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our SME organisation.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to drive HR initiatives that support the business strategy.
This role offers a hybrid working model and reports directly into the Director.
