Dalton Recruitment is looking for a highly capable and confident HR Data Analyst with specific skills across Reward & Compensation to join a hugely successful support services organisation supporting and delivering all the annual reward, compensation and benefits cycles.
Experience manipulating, analysing and reporting on large sets of compensation & reward data is essential.
This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £55,000 10% bonus benefits but candidates must be able and prepared to work from the client's Basingstoke HQ for 4 days week with one day working from home.
