An exciting opportunity is available for a HR Assistant working for a well-respected Asset management house. As HR Assistant you will join a busy and growing HR team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and passionate HR Assistant in return you will receive a salary up to £42,000 including some great benefits. This is initially a 9 month contract. Duties of HR Assistant Assist in the administration of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS Assist with Recruitment Administration Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees Help with benefits administration, including enrolments and inquiries Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters Support HR and management with various administrative tasks Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives Skills & Experience of HR Assistant Previous experience in a People facing role Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills knowledge of HR and payroll practices and regulations is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
A successful business based in Abbey Wood is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position of 35 hours per week. Please note, you will be required to be on-site 5 days per week. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will assist the day-to-day HR operation. You will be the main point of contact for the employee lifecycle and hold responsibilities that include processing new starters, drafting contracts, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating HR projects. You will assist with any internal investigations, effectively liaise with payroll, and arrange training events. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your HR knowledge and skills whilst being a hands-on key player within the HR function. In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a personable and organised HR professional with excellent communication skills. You will show demonstrate expertise of supporting HR teams including working in accordance to policy and procedure whilst promoting equality and diversity in the workplace. It will be advantageous to hold a HR qualification, but this is by no means necessary.
