As an HR Analyst you will bring your experience of HR and people analytics to deep dive into HR data. You will provide a high level of insight to senior management and the HR team to deliver key transformational projects to boost the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR Processes across the business. The HR team researches, designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. The prefect candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and support of A new HR system. You will need to have previous experience in implementing HR systems This is a 6-8 month contract based in the office 5 days per week due to the nature of the hands on project.
