As HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to both employees and management on a wide range of human resources matters. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, resolve employee issues, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support organisational goals. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
