We are looking for a passionate People Advisor to join our thriving international business as part of our HR team. Based in Cheadle, the role is covering for a maternity leave and will be for a minimum of 12-months with potential to extend. Description About the Role: As our People Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role helping shape and deliver our people strategy across all our offices. You'll be joining a HR team, which recently achieved an impressive 96% engagement score. You'll have the opportunity to build on our existing culture of autonomy and flexibility. Working closely with the People Director and a supportive leadership team, you'll lead the implementation of our HRIS, while also spearheading projects like designing our culture book and engagement surveys, and impacting all aspects of the employee life-cycle both in the UK and internationally.
