HR Administrator Location: Redditch Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm Job Summary: Our esteemed client, a prominent regional law firm with multiple offices across England, is seeking a HR administrator who will support the Chief People's Officer and HR manager. Responsibilities: Recruitment CV screening, arranging interviews, posting vacancies. Vetting candidates, issuing contracts and new starter paperwork Completing references, background checks, coordinating new hire logistics Payroll Distributing pension information to new hires Assisting with documentation of compensation and benefits General Duties Maintaining accurate employee records (holidays, sickness, leavers) Handling internal/external HR inquiries and requests Ensuring HR updates are actioned promptly. Required skills include strong IT abilities to quickly learn new systems, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible, hardworking approach. Previous experience in a similar HR role is advantageous but not essential. The role is full-time Monday-Friday, with a competitive salary based on experience.
